Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that was established by him in the year 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. He is passionate about educating the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of many online publications and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Ever-changing truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three kids.
